So let's run through my ingredients really quickly .
I'll be using ground beef for my meat sauce .
Of course , the prego sauce , which you saw earlier , Bell pepper onion and I have some mince garlic .

I'm gonna brown my ground beef on medium high heat .
And then I like to add the seasoning while the meat is cooking , as I mentioned before , I'm using garlic salt Italian seasoning and black pepper .
And I'm gonna do the eyeball method because I like to taste my meat as I'm going .
So after adding in my vegetables , I'm gonna cook this down until the vegetables are softened and the meat is brown .
So I'm doing kid friendly spaghetti here and yes , I break my noodles .
I've been doing this since my kids were babies and my oldest son is 20 now .
So I've been doing this for over 20 years .
So it's just a habit to break my noodles .
Also , I like to cook my noodles around 20 minutes before my meat sauce is done .
So , back to the sauce off camera .
I did add a little bit more garlic salt and Italian seasoning .
I also added some water just to thin down the sauce a little bit .
So guys from here , if you have cheddar cheese , you can go ahead and add that in .
You definitely want to do it while the noodles are hot .
So that way your cheese will melt and you know , get all up in there and taste so good .
But unfortunately , I didn't have no cheddar cheese .
So hm , no cheese in my spaghetti .
However , I do have Parmesan cheese .
