Get their rice so long and fluffy .

Well , let's unravel that secret today .

Wash your rice in running water and add it to a pot .

Add in the same quantity of water season it measure with your hand to see if the level of water is almost one inch above and over the rice .

If not add in more water cover and cook the rice on medium flame , stirring it occasionally when the bubbles become more and more rapid , remove the lid , keep stirring it to make sure nothing is sticking to the bottom .

And when the grains have changed color to opaque white , strain it and discard the water , put the strange rice back into the pot , cover it and let it sit aside for about 5 to 7 minutes .
