Hi guys .
So today we're gonna make a recipe that I've already made on this channel , but it's a favorite in my household and it's so good .
And I wanna remind you guys to make this soup .
We're gonna make pasta Fali .
So we're gonna start off by browning some ground beef in our pot .
After it's brown .
You want to drain it and we're gonna go ahead and remove it and set it aside .
Now to that same pot , I'm gonna add a little bit of olive oil and then I'm gonna saute my carrots and my onions together .
Now , if you like celery , you would also add in some celery , but I despise celery .
So I'm not adding it in .
Next , I'm gonna add in some minced garlic and I'm gonna let that saute for a bit .
And then I'm gonna go ahead and add my ground beef back in .
Next .
I'm gonna add in a can of diced tomatoes .
I'm gonna add in some tomato sauce here .
I have some oregano thyme and basil .
I'm gonna add that in and then I have some onion powder and garlic powder .
You guys know I love my onion powder and garlic powder here .
I have a little bit of sugar and then I'm gonna add in some salt and pepper and then we're gonna go ahead and top that off with some chicken broth .
Next , we're gonna bring this to a boil and then we're gonna cut it down to about a medium to a medium low heat and we're gonna cover it with the lid and we're gonna let it simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes .
Just until our vegetables are soft .
Next , we're gonna add in some cooked dini pasta .
If you can't find didi look for the pasta that says , um , pasta salad pasta .
And then we're gonna add in a can of drained kidney beans and a can of drained Great Northern white beans .
Next , we're gonna add in a big handful of chopped parsley .
The soup is perfect with a warm crusty baguette .
Dip it in there .
Bite it .
Take a bite of soup .
It's so good .
You guys yum .
