HOW TO COOK AN AWESOME RIBEYE STEAK IN THE NINJA FOODI _ Salty Tales

Hello guys and welcome back to Salty Tas .

As you know , we have the ninja food in here which Miss Love and I love to .

And we've been trying a bunch of different recipes for you guys .

And today we're gonna try the king of the steak .

We have a beautiful rib buy here that we're gonna try .

We did a bunch of tests on it already .

We know more or less exactly the way it's gonna be and we want to share with you guys .

So Miss Dani is gonna be cooking .

I'm gonna be filming , let's go for it .

And now for this quick , simple and fun casual dinner that we're having today with this beautiful Raby .

I have been practicing all week long and learning more about the ninja , which let me tell you .

It's awesome .

It's wonderful .

But I have learned a few tricks here and there that they work for , for me .

It's up to you .

How do I get my stakes to look like yours ?

That is a question I've been asked so many times and today I'm going to fix that problem and give you as much information as I have .

So you can make your own perfect stakes at home too .

Cooking the perfect state takes a lot of knowledge and a lot of practice and what I cannot help you with the practice part .

I can help you with a lot of information and knowledge that I have saved in here .

But before we get into the video , I want to remind you about the give away that is going on for this entire month from which I'm gonna have a lot more information at the end of the video .

The only three simple ingredients that we need for this beautiful riba is gonna be salt pepper and some paprika and we're gonna turn them over and do the same thing in the other side .

We only have a few more seconds left for the five minutes that we utilize to create the ninja .

It says cool , but it's not cool at all .

It's hot .

So we just go ahead and open the ninja .

You always make sure that you use silicon tongs .

Everything has to be silicon .

Let's get our beautiful rib eye steak and listen to this guy .

That's , that's what we're gonna hear .

Let's give them the 10 minutes to get a re bite ready .

And as always , I will treat these steaks with sea salt and coarse pepper only .

And remember when cooking with a cast iron , you have to heat it up before doing anything with it .

And once you see the smoking as this one is doing , add the oil to the pan to cook steaks in an iron pan .

I recommend to use an oil with a high smoking point .

In this case , I'm using avocado oil that smokes at 400 degrees .

But any other good vegetable oil will work .

And just for you to know I'm keeping the stove at medium and I'm gonna keep it like that for all the steaks .

The first steak , we will cook it rare for those deep red colors .

Lovers .

I would place the steak in the pan and allowed to cook without touching for four minutes .

Or if you're using a thermometer , 70 degrees in internal temperature .

Once ready , I will flip it over and leave it there for five more minutes .

Or until the internal temperature gets to 100 and 20 degrees total cooking time will be nine minutes .

Let's pull it out .

Look at all the juices .

This is a great thing about it .

Ah , look how they drip in there .

Let's put our state down and this is gonna be Mr Ninja favorite spot .

Try the meat .

These things smell like heaven .

It looks awesome .

I'm nervous .

I am nervous .

It is so juicy .

Uh I don't , I don't even know how to describe it .

I have to try it .

I have to try it .

There's no other way .

Let's , let's give it a good try for me .

Give it a good try and let me tell you , my husband has tried a lot of meat .

The second step will be a medium rare as we did with the other one , set it on the pan and do not touch it for five minutes or until the internal temperature gets to 80 degrees .

At that point , just flip it over and let it cook for five more minutes or until the antenna temperature gets to 100 and 30 degrees total cooking time will be about 10 minutes .

The next steak will be good at that pinkish lovely medium .

Turn that many of you love .

In this case , I will allow it to cook for six minutes or until it gets to 90 degrees inside temperature .

And after you are ready , just flip it over and leave it without touching for five more minutes or until the antenna temperature get to 100 and 40 degrees .

Total cooking time will be 11 minutes .

With the next steak , we will take it to that medium well , with the pink is visible , but you can start seeing the gray colors on the borders as we did with all the other steaks .

I will set it in the pan and leave it there in touch for eight minutes or until it gets to 100 degrees inside .

After that , I will flip it over and let it burn for five more minutes or until the internal temperature rise to 100 and 50 degrees total cooking time .

13 minutes .

And at last we got the infamous well done term .

This is something most of the people I know despise , but it's often requested when I'm for my family .

You know , things happen even though you might get stressed when cooking steaks .

This term .

Normally people that like their steaks well done , it's not picky about tenderness or texture , they just want their shoes .

So set the steak in the pan and let it be for nine minutes or until the tenant temperature gets to 100 and 20 degrees .

At this point , you can start throwing up in your mouth and flip it for six more minutes or until it just look disgusting , meaning 100 and 60 degrees .

Am I supposed to hate it ?

I don't know .

I mean , I like the texture .

It's a little bit dry .

It's a little bit dry .

No , it's way dry .

No tender at all .

No , it tastes good .

But that's it .

The meat tastes good .

Nothing else but it's tender to me .
