I'm making a creamy shrimp Alfredo pasta .

First things first , I've got a pot on this side , boiling with some water and salt .
I've got 250 g of egg tuggle .
You also get , there's the two differences you can use whichever one you please .
I'm using the egg noodles and you cook it as per packet instructions .

So this is going into my boiling water and it's gonna cook for about the packet says 4 to 6 minutes .
I'm gonna go for six minutes .

And then next , I've got my pan here with a little butter and a little bit of olive oil .
And in goes 500 g , 500 g of sugar for prawn , a little bit of salt .
Not too much .
So I'm gonna add some cheese about a teaspoon of paprika .
This is optional of a teaspoon of crushed chilies and a little bit of black pepper of a teaspoon .
I'll keep the rest for later , but it is to your taste .

And now only a minute on each side .

Because it's going to cook when it's in the sauce as well .

And this is about 2 to 3 cloves of garlic , finely chopped .

You don't have to add this .

My other spoon and the pasta is almost done .
You can add more pasta .
If you like , you can go for 300 g of pasta or 400 g .
It's entirely up to you .

So I've lowered the heat because you don't want the cream to come to a boil just a nice slow simmer .

If you don't have Parmesan , this is also a hard cheese , uh , grated hard cheese .
And if you don't have that , you can use any cheese you like .

This is about of a cup .

Like I said , if you want to have a nice , if you don't want this orange eu then don't add the paprika .

So this is perfect .

And just a small sprinkling .
Now you can Sprinkle it with a little chives , chopped chives , chopped parsley .
The only green I had here was green chili .
So I'm just gonna put that over .
You don't have to do it just a little bit and lower the heat completely .
And there we go .
