Today's recipe is a very special and simple capsicum rice .

So first we're gonna roast a few ingredients for the capsicum rice .

You can see I have two medium sized capsicum that have been cut up to small pieces , season this with salt .
So once the capsicum is cooked , it becomes tender , you can add the ground masala powder .
So once you've added the rice , you need more masala powder you can add according to the taste .

So gently start mixing the rice in the tea , I'm gonna be adding more of tea , masala powder .
You need flavors , put the rice , these ingredients are all roasted in oil .
So you will not get a raw taste .
Keep the flame on low while doing this .
You don't want to burn the rice .
So I'm gonna season it with salt .
Finish off with a teaspoon of heat .
