You will get this Z file , extract this Z files and then you will get a folder inside this folder .

You can get the preset file , just import this preset file in your software like this , select the effect tab , then select the preset folder and inside it , you just need to import this preset file , then you'll get the transitions list here .

Now how you use it in your videos , you need to create an adjustment layer first , then you have to drag and drop this adjustment layer above your transition position means between these two cliffs and you need to use all the 10 frames of this adjustment layer like five in the left side and five in the right side .

Then you need to apply one of the transitions above your videos in this adjustment layer like this .

I'm using this transition and apply it in the adjustment layer .
