How To Tie a Tie Diamond Knot for your Necktie

Hi , everybody .

All right , this time I got a , a brand new knot coming from Anatol , brought us the diamond knot .

This is it .

I'm gonna show you .

Let's get started .

All right .

So this is how you tie the diamond knot .

We're gonna take the big end , we're gonna pinch it and bring it towards the middle like , so we're gonna cross over with a little end over the front and it's gonna go up through the back of the knot and up through the top and across like , so now we're gonna take the little end and bring it around the back of the knob , but we're gonna keep this loose because , well , we're gonna feed this up through this loop .

We just made and we're gonna tighten that so we can tighten this portion of the knot , but not this one like so , so I've left it quite loose here .

We're gonna take the little end and now feed it through the top of your knot where your neck is and then back down like soap .

Now we're gonna feed it up through this loop .

All right .

Now , I can tighten the bottom , but I don't want to tighten this part just yet because we're going to use this to feed this through again once again .

So we're gonna take this end and feed it up through the back where your neck is and then we're gonna take the little end and feed it down through this loop here .

Now , you have to be careful with this part of the loop only because you want this to cover up what you've just done .

So you want it to be high enough .

So it looks good and now I can start tightening this entire knot .

So I'm tightening up this by pulling this end .

And now I can , if I can find it again , I want to pull the back end to tighten up the bottom and now I can pull that through .

All right .

Now , we've got this far .

It looks like that .

We're gonna take the little end now and wrap it around the back and then we're gonna feed it up through this and this little end is gonna be tucking into our color like .

So , so I wanna make sure this part of the knot here is nice and tight because this gives us our bottom point of our diamond shape .

And now we're going to take the little end , we're gonna wrap it and hide it under our collar like , so that's how you do the day and night , wouldn't mind tightening that a little bit more .

So the trick here is getting uh this part of the , this part of your knot over to the side so you can uncover this middle triangle portion like so , and then of course , with some adjustment , you'll get it there .

Not taking the big end , we will hold on to it here .

And your other , your other hand , you're gonna just cup the knot and you can adjust it to where you need to adjust it .

Ok .

So that's how you do the diamond knot .
