Once that has come to a boil , you can add the cream for a low fat version of this dish .
You can use creme fresh or a low fat yogurt .
But in the Kirkwood household , we like the full monty of real fresh single cream and you may know that is light cream .
You can add the full 150 mils as the recipe states or at least just 100 mils .
It's all a matter of personal taste .
Once it gets up to a simmer , the cream will start to thicken the sauce .
If it gets a bit too thick , you can always add a little more cream or water .
I did simmer for no more than two minutes .
Once the onions are soft and just starting to caramelize , it's time to add the chicken .
Give them a good toss around the pan until all the pieces are separated from each other .
Now add the garlic and the ginger pasta and mix those two .
Then add the chopped coriander and mix it in and that's it .
It's ready to serve .
I've had some buzz Marty rice cooking at the same time .
I didn't film that because everyone seems to have their own way of cooking rice .
Besides there's loads of videos out there on how to cook rice from people .
Much more qualified than me .
