Today we are making this crunchy panir popcorn with the shocking masala outside inside the pan Super Juicy I PL season is on festival season is on and so is web series .
Once you try it , you'll be a fan of this pan popcorn .
Hey , foodies , welcome to Cooking Chicken .
Let's make it here .
I have the main ingredient which is we will chop it up .
This is 200 g .
Try to keep it random in shape that way you will enjoy it even more .
You heard the pieces are ready bite sized about 64 pieces pun intended .
Now we are going to do a dry coating for extra flavor in a bowl .
I'm taking one teaspoon of red chili powder , one teaspoon of salt , one teaspoon of black pepper powder , half a teaspoon of garlic powder , half a teaspoon of onion powder .
One tablespoon of chopped coriander .
You can also use parsley if you want to .
But as they say , coriander is bolder in flavor here , I'm next .
Adding three tablespoons of me and three tablespoons of corn flour .
This will make it milder if you want the extra punch of flavor in the pan .
Try to reduce it down .
You can use one tablespoon of corn , flour and one tablespoon of me .
Give it a stir here .
Our spice mix is ready .
We will next add in the pan and give it a stir because the pan is slightly moist .
The masala will stick to it .
Main flavors are of onion and garlic .
You can also use onion and garlic paste if you want to .
But powders are much more intense in flavor .
That's why I'm using it .
I will share the link of these in the description box .
Also , you can use paste if you want to onion and garlic , you can use it in the next step .
Basically .
Yet the dry coating is done .
We will take it out into a plate , try to keep as much of the dry flour in the bowl itself because we will use that also .
So now the pan is out in this bowl , we are going to add a few more ingredients .
Here .
I have two more tablespoons of corn starch , two more tablespoons of meda or plain flour , two tablespoons of the hay or yogurt about one teaspoon of soya sauce .
And if you had not used powders earlier , I'm talking about onion and garlic .
You can use paste right now .
Next , we will use water and make a batter out of this .
It shouldn't be too thick or too thin .
Here , you can see the consistency if the batter is too thick , then the coating might be chewy .
Now , everything is ready here .
I have the bread crumbs .
Also , we will take a few of the pieces .
Dip it in the batter coat it really well .
Grab one by one , place it in the bread crumbs and coat it here .
I'm using a big bowl of bread crumbs because we have to let them sit idle in the bread crumbs so that they can set .
So one by one , we will do this and I am feeling that the batter is too thick .
So I'm adding some more water to it about one tablespoon , mixing it once it was not flowing earlier guys .
Now you can see the battery is much more fluid in texture .
Rest of the process is the same .
We have to coat them in the bread crumbs , not just coat them , we have to let them set idled also so that they can set and harden up .
We will keep them for about 2 to 3 minutes in the breadcrumb itself and it was kind of tedious but all the popcorn is done .
Now , I'm taking it out .
Our pan popcorn is ready to cook .
But before we fry them , let's make the masala that makes it magical in taste .
So here in a small bowl , half a teaspoon of garlic powder , one teaspoon of salt , half a teaspoon of onion powder .
One teaspoon of red chili powder , one teaspoon of charred masala , one teaspoon of powdered sugar .
You heard that right , half a teaspoon of black pepper powder and half a teaspoon of pizza oregano .
So the spice mix is going to be coated in the outside of the pan popcorn .
And that's the first thing that we will taste when we eat it .
It makes it super tasty guys to make it .
Now , the spice mix is ready .
We will get a burst of a flavor out of this .
Now the pune is also ready .
So let's cook them .
The oil needs to be very high in heat .
Otherwise , the pune moisture will dry out , which we don't want , we want the pune to be juicy .
It will take about two minutes to fry them .
Here you can see the is almost done golden in color .
Let's take it out .
So this is the first batch which I'm placing in a perforated plate , basically a pizza screen .
We will Sprinkle the masala that we made earlier and give it a stir .
You have to basically Sprinkle the masala immediately so that it sticks really well .
And this was the first way of doing it .
I generally don't prefer doing it this way .
I'm going to show you the second way of doing it , which makes it even more tastier here .
I've fried it again .
I'm talking about the second batch and I am not taking it out in a plate .
I'm placing it in a mixing bowl .
That's because we are going to add lots of masala and shake it like this .
You can also hear the sound of the panel , popcorn , super crunchy .
You won't need a mayo or a chili sauce .
Along with these guys .
I have just placed it for the photo .
All you need is a good movie to binge along with the pan popcorn that we have made .
Super crunchy .
It is .
I've already said it earlier .
Let me have one and make you here .
