Hi guys today , I'll show you how to make waffles crispy on the outside and soft on the inside .
All the ingredients and measurements are listed below .
If you want to print the recipe .
I've put a link to my website right below the video in a bowl .
Put two cups or 280 g of all purpose flour , two tablespoons of sugar , one teaspoon of coarse salt and four teaspoons of baking powder .
Whisk this well heat up four tablespoons of butter and 1.5 cups or 375 mL of whole milk until warm and the butter is melted .
Add four tablespoons of vegetable oil or canola oil .
One teaspoon of vanilla extract and two large eggs .
Feat Well , add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients .
Mix this well and set aside .
I like to wipe a little oil on the waffle maker before turning it on .
Heat up the waffle maker , transferring the batter into a cup with a sprout , makes it easier and neater to pour into the waffle maker when it's heated , pour the batter into the waffle maker and cook .
According to the waffle maker's instructions .
This is a large grill and I used one in one third cups of batter .
The amount of batter you use depends on the size of your waffle maker .
Mine took eight minutes in this George Foreman grill .
If you want to watch my full review of that grill , I'll put a link in the description below as the waffle is being cooked , steam will come out of the unit .
Generally with any waffle maker when you don't see any more steam .
That's a sign that the waffles are done .
They're golden brown , crispy and tasty .
I love to serve these waffles with butter , fresh fruit and real maple syrup .
