So it's lunchtime and for lunch , we will have two whole wheat Chapp , these a little semi brown rice , black chana curry and along with that , a glass of lai according to our weather , if you are looking to put on some healthy weight mussel mass .

Then you should combine wheat and rice together .

Let's check out its recipe first , starting with black chana curry in a kaha .

Put some cow , do this , add cumin seeds , chopped onions , curry leaves , salt turmeric and sorted them for a while .
