You can choose any of these three simple drinks for weight loss that I've already uploaded on my channel .
You can choose warm water , meaty me water or zero water for early morning drink these three drinks help immensely with your water attention and help you detoxify your system early in the morning .
Very quickly proceeding towards a breakfast for which I'll be giving you two options .
The first one is for all the ears out there .
You can have two egg whites omelet with added lots of veggies to it , like tomato , spinach , capsicum mushrooms , whatever you like in your omelet , you can have it prepared with two eggs .
Along with this , you can have tea , coffee if you're a tea coffee lover , but make sure to add no milk and no sugar to it at all .
Proceeding towards our second option for breakfast , which will be carb free fruit smoothie in which you can add lots and lots of fruits of your own choice .
I also like to add yogurt for the consistency .
You can add water or almond milk as well for the consistency to do the same job .
You can add any seasonal fruit , half a banana , spinach , strawberries , berries , cherries , whatever is season available .
You can even add apple to your smoothie if you like it , having it that way and enjoy your fruit smoothie for the breakfast .
Proceeding towards our midmorning snack , which can be one cup of green tea or green coffee or you can even have one cup of macha tea .
These teas are very important when it comes to your weight loss journey so that we can maintain the metabolism of your body and as well as give your body that fat burning process and hike it up .
So green tea , macha tea or green coffee , one cup of macha tea is equal to 10 cups of water tea .
So always make sure to have tea in your diet .
If you're trying to lose weight , fast proceeding towards our lunch .
And as usual , 30 minutes before a lunch , we'll have ac of vinegar in lukewarm water , adding two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in one glass of Gluco water can help you reduce your weight fast and also to increase your metabolism and to lower your blood sugar levels .
Now , proceeding towards our lunch options , I'll be giving you lots of lunch options .
The first one is my personal favorite of all pune salad for vegetarians or grilled chicken salad for non vegetarians out there .
You can choose any of the following options .
Penny salad gives you a good amount of protein as well and gives you good fiber intake of the day as well .
Grilled chicken salad is for all the chicken lovers out there and you can enjoy your lunch along with chicken .
Second option will be subi or subs with lettuce leaves as wrap , no best replacement when it comes to carb free diet plan for ro tea is always lettuce .
You can easily wrap your subs or your whatever vegetable that you're having in the lettuce and have it as a or as a bite and it tastes delicious in each and every manner .
You will not feel the need to have roti or any kind of rice with this .
Trust me , it gives you the cake of roti and fulfillness .
Also , the third option for car free lunch can be yogurt or the heat with added beetroot or mixed vegetables that is cucumber tomato on whatever you like to add in your .
You can even add coconut or any seasonal fruits as well to your and have a good full bowl of it .
You will not feel hungry for at least 3 to 4 hours if you have this for your lunch , that is very easy to prepare and very effective for weight loss as well and gives you good probiotics of the day too .
Proceeding towards our mid evening snack , which will keep super simple tea or coffee or green tea with five soup , diamonds and two walnuts very essential to give you good protein and good nutrients of the day and very essential .
If you're a tea or coffee lover , then you can always have a tea or coffee , but make sure to add very less or approximately no milk and no sugar at all in any form .
Proceeding towards our dinner for which I'll be giving you three options .
The first one is my personal favorite of all .
And my clients love having it for their dinner .
Tomato zucchini soup .
Now , this recipe is already about my channel .
And here is a complete recipe that you can follow for tomato zucchini soup in a pressure cooker .
I'll be adding approximately two cups of tomato .
Now , these are roughly chopped tomatoes .
You don't have to be very precise with the chopping here .
And along with that , I'll be adding here again , one cup of zucchini .
Now , this is chopped zucchini and along with that , I'll be adding one cup of carrot to this freshly chopped ginger and freshly chopped green chilies .
Now mix it all well .
And along with this , I'll be adding good full bowl of coriander leaves .
Now these are fresh coriander leaves and , and with that , I'll be adding pinch of pink Himalayan salt to this one teaspoon of black pear powder for seasoning and for tea and then just mix it all well to this .
I'll be adding approximately three cups of water and once done , all you have to do is just pressure cook it for approximately three whistles .
And once done , all you have to do is just blend , blend , blend , do not strain it at all because we need the fiber with the soup and have it warm .
It's a super easy and super yummy recipe for tomato zucchini soup .
It is tasty , very easy to prepare and very fulfilling as well in each and every manner .
Second option can be lemon coriander soup .
Now , the recipe for my lemon coriander soup is again , up on my channel .
Super easy to prepare and very effective for weight loss because of the properties of lemon and coriander gives you good weight loss if added to soups or vegetable tables or early morning drinks .
Next option for a low carb or carb free dinner would be egg salad .
You can always have eggs when it comes to good protein and low carb diet .
So egg salad is one of the great options that you can have for your dinner for this diet plan two egg bites along with lots of salad and this cucumber tomato lettuce cabbage , you can grate it all , prepare a good salad .
Add seasoning to this of your own choice .
I like to basically add hunkered black pear powder , roasted jira powder , oregano , chili flakes for taste and enjoy your egg salad .
Next option for your dinner will be stir fried veggies .
These vegetables are amazing because they give you good fiber of the day .
Good fulfilling dinner option for car free diet .
Here is a recipe for my vegetables .
You can skip or add whatever vegetables that you like to have in your stir fried veggies .
I like dried zucchini onion , tomato , bell peppers and you can even add some or soya or chicken if you like it .
So and enjoy your dinner .
Proceeding towards a bedtime drink , which is very important when it comes to good weight loss chemo mile tea or a water .
Choosing any of the one of these three will help you remove all the water tension , good metabolic for the entire night and great for reducing all the bloating from your body very quickly .

So make sure to consume your bedtime drink before going to bed for good weight loss .
