I'll be sharing with you all zero fat diet plan for weight loss with the help of which you'll be able to lose seven kgs in seven days super effectively and very easily .
Now , when I see zero fat diet plan , it means that the plan will not contain any kind of saturated or trans fats .
So please make a note of it .

Now , this drink is amazing as it contains ginger long black pepper and works amazing when it comes to your weight loss .
Here is a recipe for morning weight loss drink , do with the recipe .
Now , here I'm taking one big glass of water to this .
I'll be adding grated ginger .
Now , this is approximately two teaspoons of grated ginger .
Let the water boil properly .
And then to this , I'm adding 4 to 5 globes .
And along with that , I'll be adding black pepper powder .
So now what we'll do is we'll just quickly grind them into a powder form and , and add it to a boiling water .
Now , let the water boil for at least two minutes and then stain it in a glass .
And now to this , we will be adding one lemon squeezed and this is half a lemon .
You can use one whole complete lemon .
Also , if you're preparing for 2 to 3 cups together , rest half a lemon in each and every time of this drink .
Now , why did we add long to this ?
The major reason that we add it is because because you cannot have this drink for the morning weight loss and we can definitely have apple episode of vinegar in gco water .
This helps to reduce the blood pressure and blood sugar levels in the morning itself and as well as face up operation process for the entire day .
All you have to do is add two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in one glass of lim water .
Mix it well and have it empty stomach early in the morning .
Now , let's proceed towards our next meal , which will be just 15 minutes after an early morning drink .
We'll have five soaked almonds and two walnuts .
Always make sure to soak your nuts and do not have it dried .
It helps reduce the inflammation .
That can happen if you do not soak your nuts and also wait for your nutrient content as well .
Proceeding towards our breakfast for which I'll be giving you three options .
The first one is gonna be oatmeal with fruits .
Why oatmeal with fruits ?
Because the first thing is that it's very nutritious and content and also keeps you fuller for the longer time of the day , oats gluten free in nature , high in fiber loaded with important vitamins and minerals .
And also it's an antioxidant pack meal when it comes to your breakfast .
So always make sure to have oats for your breakfast to help you lose weight .

Second option is sprout .
Salad , sprouts are amazing when it comes to your good fiber content .
And also to give you good protein for the day aspirin , you can sprout no white chi , black chi and prepare it in a good quantity with added cucumber , tomato lettuce , always avoid raw salt when it comes to your wheat ross journey .
So you can always add lemon to this plan Rosa powder and mix it all well and have it for your breakfast .
Third option is fruit smoothie .
You can have apple oat smoothie .
You can have mango smoothie , banana smoothie , whatever you like to have for your breakfast , but always make sure to have it in good portion as well and to always add some soap .
Sees to increase the fiber of it .

Now , let's proceed towards our midmorning snack for which I'll be giving you one cup of green tea to increase your antioxidants level .
And also to help you lose weight fast very easily .
And along with that , you can have one fruit of your own choice if you eat any seasonal fruit , apple , some strawberries or some berries and enjoy your midmorning snack .
Coming back to your lunch , which is one of the most important meal when it comes to your weight loss journey , to have a good and fuller lunch packed with protein and nutrients .
But first before lunch , 30 to 40 minutes for your lunch , you have apple cider vinegar in lukewarm water .
Again , this will help you to boost the red production process and to also boost your metabolism and to lower your blood pressure level .
If it increases when it comes to your insulin spike .
Two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in one glass of gluco water makes it well and have it 3 to 40 minutes before your lunch .
Now , let's proceed towards our lunch options for lunch .
We'll always keep it very protein rich , but at the same point , we low in carbs as well .
So the first option is egg salad prepared with four egg bites and lots of lettuce cucumber , tomato onion .
Greek yogurt added to this .
This is one of the most healthiest lunch options that can come when it comes to your weight loss .
Reason being it is high in protein for eggs , high in fiber content because of all the values that we add into it like lettuce cucumber , tomato onion , some carrots , some corns can add into the salad .
And along with that , you can also add 30 to 50 g of cooked rice , but not more than that at all for you can always use two tablespoons of Greek yogurt , lemon juice , roasted jira powder , black pear powder , oregano , chili flakes , avoid raw salt to this again .
Mix it all well , blend it all well and have it for your lunch .
Trust me , you will not feel hungry for at least 4 to 5 hours if you have this lunch option when it comes to your wait ross also .
And at the same time , you will feel very fuller as well .
People who cannot have eggs can always replace it with either or tofu , 50 to 7 , 20 g of panne or tofu prepared with low fat or zero fat milk can be added to the salad in replace of eggs .
Second option will be , you can have one oats roti with any seasonal substi prepared prepared with no oil .
You can always use nonstick or iron fist when it comes to your preparation for no oil veggies or subs .
Along with that , you can have one oats roti prepared with only oats flour , no wheat are added for gluten intake .
And at the same time , you can have a little bit of side with this as well .
This lunch option is given for all of those Indians who cannot skip roti for beat any reasons out there .
So you can have one oat roti only for their lunch for sauce .
Now let's proceed towards a mid evening snack for which you can have black tea or black coffee or one cup of green tea or one cup of macha tea , which is equal to 10 cups of green tea .
If you're not a teal coffee person , you can always have one fruit of your own choice for the mid evening snack .
Proceeding to words are dinner for which I'll be giving you two options .
The first is my lemon coriander soup .
Why lemon coriander soup ?
Because it with zero fat soup contains no saturated or trans fat in any manner , super healthy , super yummy and tastes amazing in each and every manner .
Here is a complete recipe for lemon coriander soup in of or half a teaspoon of oil .
And I'm using here olive oil .
You can use any oil in this .
I'll be adding chopped green chilies and ginger .
Just sorted it for two seconds .
And then in this , I'll be adding chopped broccoli .
One cup , broccoli is enough .
You can just stir fry it for at least two minutes .
And then I'll be adding here one cup of corns and one cup of carrots .
Saute it all for two minutes and then add salt oil into taste and then black pear powder .
You can also use oja pow to this .
Mix it all well and stir fry it for two minutes again .
And then to this , I'll be adding freshly chopped coriander leaves .
Now , coriander gives a very amazing flavor to this soup and you do not need to add any kind of corn flow to this to prepare the slurry , mix it all .
Well , saute it for two minutes and then I'll be adding two cups of water to this and it boil for at least 5 to 6 minutes .
You can even close the lid and let it simmer for at least two minutes .
And then we'll be adding approximately two teaspoons of lemon juice to this .
Mix it all well , and your lemon coriander soup is ready to serve .
Second option is you can have fruit smoothie again for your dinner .
You can have of papaya or pineapple .
The recipe for all my fruit smoothies is all day up on my channel .
Here , it's a recipe for apple smoothies or mango peat smoothie or berry smoothies .
You can always pick any smoothie recipe and enjoy your delicious smoothie for dinner high in protein as well .
If you add a little bit of oats to this as well , or you can always have Bola papaya or pineapple in taste of smoothie .
If you're not comfortable having it before going to bed , we'll have one cup of freshly deed chamomile tea to relieve all the stress of the entire day to help you lose weight fast , to boost your metabolism for the entire night and to keep you hydrate as well for the entire night .
With this start plan , please make sure to consume at least 3 to 4 liters of normal room temperature water without any peel to remove all the bad toxins from your body very quickly .
