We are going to be talking about three mistakes that could be stopping your arms from making progress .

You need to get your arms looking the way you want them to look .

The first mistake is the most common mistake and that mistake is not understanding the trio that you need to understand .
In order to get results .
There are three things that all work together to get your arms strong toned and ready for summer .
I will tell you what those three things are .
But first , let's go on to the second mistake .
Oh my God .
This one is a huge one .
And the second biggest mistake that I see people making is that people don't know how their body is different from other people's body .
So I'm going to explain to you what it is .
You need to know about yourself that will help you make sure that you get your arms looking all dainty like .
But let's go on to mistake number three .
My mistake number three is about macro neris just to quickly recap .
In case you don't know , macro nutrients just refers to proteins , carbohydrates and fats .
And one of these three is more important than the others .
They're all good , they're all good , but one of them you need to pay special attention to .
So now that we talked about the mistakes , let's talk about how to fix because that's the good part .

The first mistake we talked about was doing one or two but not all three things that you need to be doing .
So let me tell you the three things you need to be doing together to see results .
Number one of course is arm exercises .
This is the one that most people know and do so .
Arm exercises are your bicep curls , your tricep extensions , your push ups , all those exercises that just make you want to cry , you need to be doing them .
So if you're doing them good job , but there are two others that you need to be doing .
The second is cardio exercises .
Cardio is anything that gets your heart rate pumping , things like jumping jacks , buries dancing .
Those are all great cardio exercises .
Even taking a walk outside counts as cardio .
And the third thing .
And this is one that I think the most people forget to do .
And that is you have to be in a calorie deficit .
What's a calorie deficit ?
Coco a calorie deficit is when you eat less energy than you burn in a day .
These are three things that must be done together .
You can't just pick and choose , you gotta do them all .
The second mistake that we talked about is not understanding how your body is different from other people's bodies .
There are many types of people on this earth , but in general , most people , especially women can be grouped into two categories .
Women that tend to store their fat in their lower bodies and women that tend to store their fat in their upper bodies .
It is very important that you understand which type of woman you are .
If you're the kind of woman that stores a lot of your fat in your upper body , so your abs , your breast , your arms , you will see your weight come off of your legs and maybe on your waist before it comes off of your arms .
And if this is the situation , it just means you have to be patient .
It doesn't mean , you should give up .
It doesn't mean that you're doing something wrong .
It just means that that's how your body is .
And oh my God , it's very frustrating , but it's totally worth the perseverance and just keep working hard at it .
The third mistake that we talked about is drumroll , please .
The , oh my God , the third mistake that we talked about was not giving the right and proper and due attention to one of your three macronutrients , all macro nutrients are important .
However , protein is one macro nutrient that you really have to pay special attention to .
So , do some research , find some healthy lean protein sources , add those things into your diet .
If you can fix those three mistakes , you will see results much , much , much faster .
