The first option is Aloe vera juice .

I'm adding here lots of apple strawberries as per your own choice .

You can even add some pomegranate or any seasonal food available and enjoy a cheer pudding .

Second option is you can have one glass of fresh coconut water along with that , you can have two apples .

Now , this detoxifies your system very quickly along with your electrolyte content of the day as well , helps you to not lower your blood pressure and as well as wait for skin benefits also .

So you can have coconut water with two apples , proceeding towards a midmorning snack for zero salt diet plan .

You can add two bananas whole to this or you can even add one whole mango to this to prepare your shake , but do not add any kind of sweetener to it because banana or mango is sweet enough to give the sweetness to this shake .

Along with that .

You can even add some soup nuts to it or you can even add some seeds over it and enjoy a shake .

Proceeding towards our second option for zero salt lunch is you can have three boiled eggs .

You can have whole eggs in this .

Along with that , you can have a good full bowl of salad or you can even prepare a complete egg salad .

This will give you the good protein content also and gives you good sade feeding also .

If you cannot have eggs , then you can always replace it with 70 g of pair or tofu as per your own convenience .

Along with that , you can have a good full bowl of salad , which includes lettuce , cucumber , tomato onion as per your own preference , do not add any kind of salt to it .

Just add seasoning as lemon juice , black pepper powder , rosa powder and mix it all and have it for your lunch .

The first option is you can have tea or coffee as per your own preference but do not add any kind of sugar to it or any sweet into it .

Instead of this , you can also add or have macha tea .

Now one cup of Maati is equal to 10 cups of green tea .

So you can go and buy it online very easily along with that to give you a good protein content , you can have 30 g of high protein seed mix as well .

The first option that you can have is stir fried mushrooms .

The complete recipe is yet again here .

What I've done here is taken mushrooms , wash them very nicely and also kept them in boiling water for two or three minutes and then chopped it well to this , I'm adding extra version olive oil , mixing it all well to this , I'll be adding black pepper , freshly crushed and again mixing it all .

Well , now in a pan , I'm adding here a little bit of extra virgin olive oil .

Now adding my mushrooms to this and letting it sauti for approximately five minutes and once they change the color and they're golden brown , you can have it warm .

You can even add some organo or chili flakes as per your own preference .

But I would not like to add anything to my stir fried mushrooms or any kind of veggies .

And the delicious high protein , high fiber are great source of selenium mushrooms are ready .

If you cannot have this , then you can always have peanut butter , banana smoothie as well .
