So without n let's get started with summer liquid diet plan for weight loss early in the morning , empty stomach will start our day with diabetic water , which will be warm lemon water with added pinch of cinnamon powder and pinch of black pear powder to this lemon is a great source of vitamin C .
It also is amazing for weight loss and aids in digestion as well if you're suffering from acidity and cannot have this because of any reason .
You can replace this with me me water .
Now , the recipe for my methane water is in approximately one glass of water .
Let the water boil for at least two minutes and then add me seeds to this .
Now , I'm using here one tablespoon of me seeds .
You can even use one teaspoon .
That's your own choice .
And along with this , I'll be adding fresh leaves .
Yes , approximately 4 to 5 meme leaves work wa yes , this water will definitely be a little bitter in taste , but the results are definitely worth it .
So please go for it and let it boil for at least 4 to 5 minutes .
Once done , you see the color of the water changing , just simply pour it up in a glass and have it step by step .

So for this recipe , we need fresh mangoes .

So I'll be just using half a mango .
Not more than that for this smoothie .
Now , all you have to do is in a blender , add some mango cubes .
You can also freeze the mango overnight if you like it super chilled and super quick .
So I'm just adding these mangoes in the blender along with that three tablespoons of the heat , fat free the heat or any the heat .
And along with that some water for the consistency .
Now , all you have to do is blend , blend , blend , nans are extremely good in summer season as they are the most freshly available fruit and locally grown at every place .
So we always tend to have locally grown fruits and also the fresh ones .
They're amazing for vitamin C , for zinc , for magnesium and for the fiber intake also .
So you can see the consistency of this smoothie .
It is so good .
You'll enjoy having this as usual .
I like to top it up with some fresh mangoes and also with some chia seeds added to this .
These recipes work wonder for weight loss can always replace yogurt with milk as well .
Prefer using almond milk or soya milk or cashew milk instead of the normal cow's milk .
Prepare a smoothie in a healthy way .
You can even add banana to the smoothie if you like it more creamier , have it for your breakfast and you will enjoy it .
Definitely , apart from this mango smoothie , you can also have my smoothie bowl .
Now , here is a recipe for my smoothie bowl .
Again , delicious and yummy in each and every manner .
Highly fulfilling as well .
Easy to prepare and quick recipe in just three minutes .
Take an option for your breakfast .
If you do not like to have something cold in the morning itself .
Then you can always have me in warm milk , add 3 to 4 tablespoons of Muesli in one glass of lukewarm milk , almond milk , soy milk or low fat steamed milk if not available and have it for your breakfast .
Proceeding towards a midmorning snack of which you can have Laci or chars with added mint leaves of freshness and preferably no salt into this .
Add rosa powder , black powder , dried mint leaves or fresh mint leaves .
Whatever is preferred to you prepare a full big glass of Laci or chars and have it for your midmorning snack .
If you cannot have this , then you can always replace it .
One cup of green tea or peppermint tea along with one fruit of your own choice , beat apple orange , whatever is seasonally available , you can have it along with one cup of green tea , proceeding towards our lunch for which I'll be giving you three options here .
The first one is gonna be a good big bowl of or cucumber .
All you have to do in this RTA is add graded and boiled gear that is Locky .
And along with this , you can even add grated cucumber to this .
I also like to add beetroot over this in a good full bowl of curd that is yogurt , mix it all well and you can even give it in the third form and have it for your lunch .
It is super fulfilling .
I know it sounds a little bland but trust me on my words , it is very fulfilling .
After having a good full bowl of it , you won't feel hungry for a good time of the day .
Second option for your lunch will be any kind of doll prepared in a soup form .
It can be soya d good for protein .
You can even have lua or if not available , then you can have normal moon doll as well .
Have a good full bowl of it , no restriction over portion controlling this .
And you can have along with salad cucumber , tomato lettuce , whatever is available with you and have it along with that , you'll definitely not feel hungry for the longer time of the day .
That is my guarantee to you here .
Third option will be for all those who can definitely have it oatmeal with fruits .
Now , the recipe for my oatmeal with fruits or a quick oatmeal recipe .
It is a complete recipe .
It's super easy to prepare , add more milk or water to this and prepare it in a liquid form .
If you do not like it to be solid enough , have it along with lots and lots of freshly fruits available .
That is papaya banana mango , apple berries , whatever is available with you and have it for your lunch leading towards a mid evening snack for which you can have one fresh coconut water if available nearby .
Do not prefer the packaged one or packed .
One always prefer fresh coconut water locally available or you can always have a cup of tea or coffee if you're a tea or coffee lover along with 30 g of peanuts roasted peanuts for protein intake as well .
Proceeding towards our dinner for which I'll be giving you two options .
The first one is gonna be same as breakfast .
Papaya , smoothie , pineapple , smoothie or applewood smoothie .
And the recipe for apple smoothie is or half a cup of gluten free oats .
Along with that , I'll be using half a banana .
You can chop the banana or you can also freeze the banana overnight .
I'll be using apple here .
This is fresh apple .
You can also freeze the apple overnight .
You can use complete whole one apple along with that , I'll be adding here some almond milk .
Now , this is almond milk .
You can also use skim milk or replace it with water as well .
So milk is not a compulsion here , I'll be using it , but that's your own choice and all you have to do is just simply blend your smoothie .
You can also use vanilla acids if you want to , but that's optional .
This breakfast smoothie is without any sugar .
So make sure you're not adding any kind of sweet into this banana and apple itself are sweet enough to make this recipe delicious .
This weight loss smoothie is definitely a great source of calcium protein and as well as gluten free on a liquid diet .
Try sleeping by at least 9 p.m. So that I do not feel hungry for the later time of the day .
Second option for your dinner is if you like it more comforting , then you can always have soup .
Now , the recipe for tomato zucchini soup is on here is in a pressure cooker .
I'll be adding approximately two cups of tomato .
Now , these are the chopped tomatoes .
You don't have to be very precise with the chopping here .
And along with that , I'll be adding here again , one cup of zucchini .
Now this is chopped zucchini and along with that , I'll be adding one cup of carrot to this freshly chopped ginger and freshly chopped green chilies .
Now mix it all well .
And along with this , I'll be adding good full bowl of coriander leaves .
Now these are fresh coriander leaves .
And along with that , I'll be adding pinch of pink Himalayan salt to this one teaspoon of black pear powder for seasoning and for tea and then just mix it all well to this .
I'll be adding approximately three cups of water .
And once done , all you have to do is is pressure cook it for approximately three whistles .
And once done , all you have to do is just blend , blend , blend , do not strain it at all because we need the fiber with the soup and have it warm .
It's a super easy and super yummy recipe .
The super healthy , super yummy and amazing weight loss results have been seen with this soup , you can have it for your dinner , make sure to have it by 7 30 to 8 p.m. not later than that .
And before going to bed , as usual , we always have a cup of freshly but chamomile tea to relieve all the stress of the entire day , it is highly effective for boosting your metabolism as well and gives great hydration results too .
If you cannot have this because of any reason , you can always have soft water that is final seeds , water .
Amazing to cool your body down and as well as to promote good sleep .
Also , it needs from acidity .
