So here I'm listing some of the food and some of the things that you can eat and increase the baby's weight in the womb .
So number one thing is milk .
So for milk is a very good source of protein as well as it will give calcium that is helpful for the bone development .
And the key development of the baby and protein is the thing that will help the overall development of the baby .
And hence it will also increase the weight of the baby in the womb .
So if the weight of the baby is less behind .
You can increase the intake of the milk in your diet .
You should go for at least two glass full of milk per day .
If the baby's weight is not as per the time .
The number second thing is cheese or you can say pair pair is a very good source of protein .
Again , and it is also very much helpful in controlling the blood pressure .
That is a big problem during pregnancy being a very good source of protein .
It is helpful in increasing the weight of the baby in the womb .
Number third is curd , curd is also a byproduct of milk and as milk , it is also having ample of calcium and protein content into it .
But more importantly , it is having lactic acid bacteria into it that is very , very helpful in increasing the baby's weight and the overall development of the baby .
And also you can go for the liquid form .
That is the buttermilk .
It is also very good for you .
Make it sure that you are either eating curd in the morning or in the daytime but do not eat at night .
Number fourth is to include the legumes in your diet where you can go for peas , soyabean kiddle beans , black grams , legumes have good content of protein , iron fiber and colic acid that is highly helpful in the development of the baby .
But making sure that you do not eat them out of the limit , just eat them in controlled manners .
Number fifth is to go for the sprouts .
It is always better to make the sprouts at home .
From the legumes sprouts are very , very nutritious diet .
It contains nutri things like vitamin C , niacin and thiamine .

Number seventh is to include pulses .
So pulses are again having high nutrition values .
You should include pulses in your diet in the afternoon or in the dinner .
You should at least go for one bowl full of pulse .
Pulses are having a of protein and the iron content and we know that it is very much required for the baby's development .
Number eight is to include vitamin C fruits in your diet .
The vitamin C are the basically citrus food like oranges , Lamon , Indian goose babies that are having the vitamin C content and also the folic acid into it .
As we know that folic acid is very much important for the growth of the fetus .
Not only this vitamin C in the citrus food is also very much helpful in the absorption of iron in the body .
Number nine is to include dry foods in your diet .
Dry foods are having very , very high fiber content and other nutrition values that are important for the baby's development in the womb .
You can go for almond walnuts , rains and cashew as a regular thing in your diet , but always make it sure that you are not overeating them .
Number 10 is to go for soyabean .
Soybean is again a very good source of protein and iron that is very much important for the development of the baby .

And the last in the list is to go for broccoli .
Broccoli is a very good source of beta Carotin , vitamin E and K iron and protein .
So it is a very , very good vegetable .
You should always include in your diet .
You can also go for the broccoli salad .
