iPad Pro - How to Add Gmail (Email) Address & Use (Setup Multiple Gmail Accounts)

Hey , what is going on guys ?

So you have a Apple Ipad Pro gonna show you how to add multiple Gmail addresses on here .

Ok ?

So very , very simple .

So first thing you want to do and once we add it in , it's going to show up under here .

Ok ?

All your email addresses uh the gmail is going to be under here .

Ok ?

So what we're gonna do is we're gonna add two Gmail addresses .

Ok ?

So first thing you want to do is go into your settings here and then from your settings , what you want to do is you want to scroll down and you want to go down to where it says password and account .

So tap on that and then from here , if you look on the top right hand side here under your accounts , we want to click on add account , ok ?

And you can add tons of Gmail accounts on here , but I'm just going to add two for this video .

So click on add account here and then for Gmail , it's Google here .

So tap on Google and now , but the first email address here , go ahead and type in your email address , you don't have to put the at gmail at the end either .

Ok ?

So this one here is World of Tech 11 and I'm gonna click on next .

Now , I'm going to go ahead and input my password here .

Click on next .

Ok ?

Now , by default , now I have these checks here .

If I wanted to keep the contacts and calendars or even notes with the Gmail account , I can toggle these on or off .

I'll just leave the default on here and then I'll go ahead and click on save right here .

I got to click on save .

So click on save .

And now if you look down here under accounts now it says gmail here .

Now that's my first email address .

Now , the thing is if I wanted to change this um gmail into something else , a different description so that I can differentiate between the other emails , simply go ahead and tap on where it says right here Gmail .

So tap on that and then tap on your account , your email address up here and then you see under description here by default , they put gmail , you can go ahead and change that .

You can just rename it to anything .

I just put world of text .

So I know what email address .

Uh This one is going to be .

I'll just put uh OK .

It's the world of tech there .

I'll go ahead and click on done .

You don't have to do anything down here .

OK , it's automatically configured .

So I'm going to click on , uh , done right there and now I'm going to go ahead and click on back right here .

And now I have one email address here and I named this one world of tech as you can see here .

Now , I'm going to go ahead and add another one .

Ok ?

Now , the thing is if I just leave one email address in here and I go ahead and open up my email out here , is this going to show me one email address here ?

I'm not going to be able to pick and choose what email address I want to look at that specific email , ok ?

Anyways , let's go ahead and add another uh gmail account here .

So I'm gonna go back to here .

I'm gonna click on add account again and do the same thing here .

So tap on that , go to Google and I'll type in another Gmail address here , click on next type in my password and then same thing up here by default , you have the contacts and calendars .

If I want to sync those to this uh email address as well onto this ipad , I can click on save .

If I wanted notes , I can click on that as well .

I'll leave on the default here .

I'll click on save and now that new email address add it right here .

The description is called gmail .

I want to change that so I can differentiate between the two email addresses .

Ok .

So I'll go back to this Gmail address here and I'll go ahead and rename this one as well .

So I'll click on account here and it said a Gmail .

I just type in , I love so I know what email address this is .

I'll click on done and then I go back to accounts here and I can see I have two email addresses right here .

If I want to add another one , I simply tap on add account again .

Now , if I go into my email app right here , so I'll tap on that and , and you can see it right on top here .

Ok ?

Now it says all inboxes and it has my one email address here and my second one here .

So if I wanted to go to this email address here , I obviously I would just tap that if I wanted to go to the second one , I tap that .

Now , this one up here says all inboxes .

If I tap that , it's basically going to put all them together .

Ok ?
