And when I say cardio activity , Zumba workout has given great results and research has shown that for pear shaped body .
Zumba workout have proven to give great results .
So yes , most of the time with pear shaped body , most of your weight is situated in your hips and your thighs area .

They used to do more than 15 , 16,000 steps a day .
