Thank you so much for joining me today for this standing ballet body hit workout .
This is a 20 minute workout and you don't necessarily need ballet experience .
In order to do this workout , you can just follow along .
However , if you do have ballet experience , that is fabulous too .
So grab your ballet shoes .
If you don't have ballet shoes , socks will do just fun .
We're going to do 10 exercises for 45 seconds , 15 2nd rest in between each what we usually do and then we're going to repeat that whole entire circuit a second time .
So let's sweat .
Let's dance .
Let's burn calories and fat while sculpting long lean dancer muscles .
