How to Connect Dekstop PC to TV (Wirelessly, Free, No WIFI, No HDMI) [Step by Step] 2022

And it's completely wireless too .

My desktop computer is connected to my TV , wirelessly and it's free .

No Softwares .

No , nothing .

Hey , what is up everybody .

I'm Riz and welcome to my channel in today's video .

I'm gonna show you how you can connect your desktop PC to a TV .

Now , we can do this two ways , we can do this either using a cable or we could also do it wirelessly and it's completely free as I just showed you as I just showed you it's completely free .

No third party apps or Softwares , it's just plug and play literally .

So we're gonna be connecting dot PC and that TV right there .

Pretty awesome .

Right .

So let's dive right into it .

All right .

So right now my desktop computer and my TV are connected using a HDM I cable .

But in this divide in this video , I'm gonna show you how you can connect your desktop computer to your TV wirelessly and it's all built into it .

All right .

So the first thing we need to do is to make sure the desktop computer is connected to a network because we're gonna be doing this wirelessly So we need to have some sort of a connection .

Now , you have multiple options .

You can use it in a cable hotspot or even wifi , just like I'm doing .

So I'm gonna make sure my computer , my desktop computer is connected to my wifi .

OK .

That is really , really important because we , we're not gonna be using any cables .

So we need to make sure the desktop computer is connected to a network .

Now , that's all we need .

All right .

So on your CV , because we're gonna be doing this wirelessly , we need to make sure the TV is also on the same connection as the desktop computer is .

Now , it doesn't matter if you're using uh ether a cable or hotspot , just make sure it's on the same page .

So go to the network settings , go to the network settings inside the network settings and connect your TV to the wifi hotspot or even Ether a cable .

We just need to make sure the TV S on the same network as the desktop computer is .

Now , what you wanna do is to open the screen mirroring tab on your TV .

You can go there by source or you can also go there by uh going to the settings , go to the network page and inside the network page , you're gonna find the screen ring tab .

Now , all you need to do is just open it and that's pretty much it .

Now , the TV is uh available to connect So let's do that .

All right .

So in order to do this , it's really , really simple .

The first thing you wanna do is to go to your Windows settings .

Now , inside the windows settings , go to the Bluetooth and device settings .

Now , once you're there , you should have the option to add a device .

By the way , this is Windows 11 .

So this might look different .

Once you click on add a device , it should automatically ask you for multiple options .

I'm gonna show you again for the sake of this tutorial , click on add a device and then click on wireless display or doc .

Now once you click on wireless display and DOC , since the TV is running on the screen mode , it will automatically show you that there is a wireless display available and that's our TV .

And now all you have to do as you can see the reason it's showing you because the TV is on a screen mirror mode .

This is a really old TV .

So we have to open the screen ming tab by the way , you might not need to .

But once you're on this screen , all you have to do is just click on it .

And if you look closer to the top corner , it's connecting to my computer .

There you go .

It will take a few seconds , by the way , depending on how fast your wifi actually is .

So it's gonna take some time .

So it's be patient and there you go , we are connected .

It's really that simple .
