Second option for your high protein breakfast is a protein smoothie .

You can also add half a teaspoon or half a scoop of protein powder to this for more protein and you can add any food of your own choice .
Apple strawberry berries , whatever is available with you and the place of milk , you can always replace it with curt .
You know , proceeding towards the third option for your high protein breakfast .
You can have three boiled egg bites along with a cup of green tea or tea or coffee as per your own choice , but definitely without sugar .
Now , proceeding towards a mid morning snack for midmorning snack , we can give you two options .
The first one is you can have a good full bowl of or whatever is your own personal choice , but make sure to add no table .
So to this at all .
You can definitely add Roya powder , black pear powder for taste and longer that you can also add some fresh mint leaves for taste but no sugar or salt or the second option can be a good cup of macha tea .
Now one cup of macha tea is equal to 10 cups of green tea .

And as usual 15 minutes before our lunch , we have apple cider vinegar in lukewarm water .
All you have to do is add two teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in one glass of lukewarm water and have a sip by sip to reduce your blood sugar levels to flush out all the bad toxins from your body as soon as possible and to boost your metabolism for lunch .
I'll be giving you three options .
The first one is white tuna with cooked quinoa or along with good bowl of salad or both of them are good source of protein and natural protein .
So you can have 100 g of cooked quinoa or along with white Chena .

And for fiber , we have a good bowl of salad .
Second option for your high protein lunch is you can have with lettuce acid wrap and along with that , you can have a good full bowl of salad now or you can also replace it with tofu .
You can prepare a good scramble out of it , add spinach mushrooms , whatever is available with you for veggies and you can wrap it up in lettuce and not any roti and have it as a low carb , high protein lunch option .
Works always wondrous and delicious as well .
Trust me , you love having this lunch option every single day because it will definitely show a number lower on the scale next morning .
Now , proceeding towards the third option for your lunch , you can have a veggie omelet prepared with mushrooms , lots and lots of veggies and you can use 2 to 3 egg bites for .
This is a great source of protein and definitely fulfill all your protein requirements and calum requirements of the day .
Now , proceeding towards a mid evening snack for mid evening snack , I'll be giving you a great option this time .

Definitely try to incorporate lots and lots of cooked veggies in your dinner as they are the great source of fiber also and keeps you fuller for the longer time of the night .
So these are the two options for your dinner .
