How to Install Minecraft Mods on Your Server

Hey guys , it's prime score .

And today I'm gonna show you how to install mods onto your Minecraft server .

So first thing you need to do is make sure you have Minecraft Forge installed on your server server .

If you don't know how to do that , we have a video that explains it very well .

So please check out our youtube channel and watch that video and install Minecraft Forge .

So after you've installed Minecraft Forge successfully , we get to install some awesome mods .

So step one , find the mod that you want to install on your server .

I found this awesome mode called better storage too .

It adds a better storage to the game .

So after you've installed your better or your mod that you want to your Minecraft client , um you're gonna take that same file , you're gonna upload it or you're gonna open your FTP client of choice .

We suggest file Zilla um go to your server directory and in that there should be a mods folder .

You're gonna open the mods folder and upload that um the your mod file that you've downloaded , upload it to the mods folder in your server directory .

And so once that's done uploading , you have installed your mod .

And so to uh the next thing you need to do is restart your Minecraft server .

So first let's check , I got , I have it installed on my client , but I can't access it on the server because it's not installed .

So once I restart my Minecraft server , it's gonna finalize the installation installation process .

And then , then once the server comes back online , we log on and then I should be able to use um the mod .

So make sure your mod is uh works with the version of Minecraft forage .

You have installed on your Minecraft server and make sure you're logging on with the Minecraft Forge version on your Minecraft that correlates to the one you're using on your server and then everything should work .

So once my server has restarted and once I try to connect to it , I should be able to use the awesome new mod I have installed .

So we're gonna go to our inventory .

And as you can see , the mod has successfully installed , I can start place in these awesome extra chests and all that .
