Today , I'll show you how to make egg biryani soak 7 50 g bashi rice for about half an hour .
Boil six eggs and peel the skin .
Add one tablespoon of oil to a frying pan .
Add boiled and peeled eggs and semi fry the eggs till golden brown .
Cut each egg into two equal halves and keep a side to a frying pan .
Add 10 tablespoons of oil when the oil is hot .
Add 2 50 g onions , thinly sliced fry till the onions turned light brown .
Remove from the pan and keep aside , remove the excess oil and leave only four tablespoons of oil in the pan .
Add 1.5 tablespoon ginger garlic paste .
Stop right for one minute .
Add half teaspoon to milk powder , 1.5 teaspoon red chili powder .
200 g whipped curd .
Add three whole green chilies , crushed half cup mint leaves , 1/4 cup chopped coriander , half teaspoon salt , add half teaspoon spices or grandmas saa powder mix well and cook till the oil separates , switch off the flame and keep aside now take another pan to cook the rice .
Add two liters of water , 2.5 teaspoon of salt .
One tablespoon mint leaves , one tablespoon chopped coriander , add two slit cardamoms , 3 to 4 small sticks of cinnamon , two black cloves , one teaspoon caraway seeds or Shara mix well and close the lid .
When the water comes to boil , add soaked and drain dries , stir at times and cook the rice till it is 80% done .
Drain the water , remove half of the rice from the pan and keep aside layer the curd gravy over the remaining rice .
Crush 3/4 of the fried onions and spread over the gravy layer .
The rice which we have kept aside , crush the remaining fried onions and spread over the layered dries .
Spread one tablespoon chop mint leaves , one tablespoon chopped coriander , spread juice of half a lemon mix .
Two pinches of orange fruit color in half a cup of milk and spread over the layered dries .
Addition of color is optional and you can add only milk , spread 1.5 tablespoon clarified butter or your g close the lid and cook on medium flame for about two minutes and simmer for about 5 to 10 minutes till the rice is done .
Mix well , take out in a serving plate and arrange eggs on the top .
Egg biryani is ready to be served .
