The cobra stretches the muscles in the shoulders , chest and abdomen while strengthening the spine .
For this , lie on the floor with your face down and place your palms on the floor .
Under your shoulders to lift your chin while arching your spine to form an elevated angle , arc back as far as possible and stay in the position for at least 30 seconds .

It is a well known and widely practiced exercise to increase height , stand with your legs wide apart , raise your arms straight up , bend down and touch the floor with your hands without bending your knees , then return to the original position .

This is because it helps release stress on your spine , enabling you to be as tall as possible .
Hanging is a type of stretching like yoga Pilates and pull ups that help leng in the spine and relieve tension in the joints to perform this , jump up and hang on to the bar , keep your arms and spine straight and remain in the position for 30 seconds .
I repeat this side stretch , side stretch will make the muscles grow and make them longer as well .
This exercise is especially stretches and it strengthens the intercostal muscles while doing a side stretch .
Make sure you feel the muscles pull all along your side from your lower back and up to your shoulder to succeed in boosting height growth to perform this stand straight with your feet together and clap your hands together , stretching over your head , then bend your upper body to the right .
Hold this stretch for 20 seconds and get back to the starting position .
Repeat the stretch two times and switch sides to do that stretch in the opposite direction .
