Hey , foodies , welcome to cooking .
Today we are making this Biryani recipe in the Ravinder style .
We have it all across Hyderabad , right ?
So we are making it in that style .
It is very easy to make simple masala , simple ingredients , kind of a bachelor style recipe .
We are also going to make the writer that goes along with it .
I'm not adding onions to this recipe .
So let's begin cooking .
Yeah , I've got a cup of regular sona maso rice .
This will be enough for 3 to 4 people .
We will wash it twice and then soak it in fresh water for 20 minutes .
It is very important to soak the rice as we will cook everything together .
Let's gather the ingredients here .
I have a kai .
We are making it in catchy Biryani style .
Six French beans cut into one inch long pieces , one large carrot , which is again cut into long pieces .
You can also add long cut potatoes and cauliflowers for the taste of that Biryani .
You have to add 6 to 7 long or gloves .
This is the main ingredient , three or cardamom which is crushed once four tablespoons of the heat .
This is just an average amount .
Sometimes you might have to add more we need in a to coat the veggies .
I'm also adding the dry ingredients .
This is half a teaspoon of turmeric powder .
One teaspoon of red chili powder , half a teaspoon of coriander powder or powder .
Half a teaspoon of cumin seeds or jira and half a teaspoon of ginger garlic paste .
That's it .
We will add about two tablespoons of oil and give it a stir .
If you like more of that biryani flavor , you can add a few more long pieces .
I've noticed it is added in good quantity .
Next , we will give it a stir and add mint or pudina fresh is better .
I only had dried .
So I'm using dried mint , half a teaspoon .
We will give it a stir and the masala coating will be done .
We will add the soaked rice in .
Don't add the water .
Just the rice and fresh water will add in which is 1.5 cups .
Finally give it a stir and we will turn on the heat and cook this on high flame .
I just got saved guys .
I forgot to add the salt .
So now I'm adding salt to season this and giving to ST we'll cook this on high heat for about 10 minutes or until we can see the bubbles and the rice together on top .
Just like this time to cover this .
We will also place a cloth over the lid and some weight .
Now lower the flame and let it simmer for 10 minutes .
As the Biryani is cooking , let's make the , which is similar to Maiga as it is given in different centers .
Here , I have one cup of the heat .
I'm adding one cup of water .
We will blend it together .
If you are using the heat , which is very thick or the heap from market , then you can add 1.5 to 2 cups of water .
Now , we have to make some for this .
So heat a pan , add a spoonful of oil as the oil heats up .
Add half a teaspoon of Jira or cumin seeds .
Once they sizzle like this , we will add some along with some curry leaves and green chili .
The guy is ready , quickly add it to the and give it a stir .
This is a bit different in taste but everyone loves it .
Guys , we will add some salt to this to season and a bit of chopped cucumber .

Mostly Tiffin centers also add chopped onion and coriander leaves .
I've not added onion to the Biryani as well .
If you want to add it , you can add it after 10 minutes .

Let's cover a turn of the flame and let it steam for about 10 minutes with the weight on top .
After steaming the rice , we are done , guys .
