We're making baked macaroni and cheese and let's begin with our ingredients .
First , we have onions , garlic , mozzarella , cheese , cheddar cheese , Parmesan cheese , ground B sugar , spaghetti sauce , macaroni , salt , pepper , cooking oil , butter , all purpose flour and the milk .
And the first step is we're going to boil some water and we're going to add the macaroni and cook it according to packaged instruction .
Now that our macaroni is cooked , we're going to turn off the heat and strain it .
Now , we're gonna make the spaghetti sauce by adding the ground beef and we're going to pan fry this until it's a light brown .
Now that our hamburger is a nice light brown , we're going to add our onion and our garlic and we'll talk until they're pregnant .
Now we'll add the spaghetti sauce .
Now , we've just added some water to the jar of spaghetti sauce and this will clean it out and use the remaining sauce and we'll just add the water to the existing sauce .
Next , we'll add the sugar season was solved .
Pepper .
Now , you can adjust the seasoning according to your taste and we'll stir this until it's well combined .
Now , we'll allow this to simmer over a low heat for about 20 minutes .
Now that the sauce is ready , we're going to let this cool down for a few minutes .
Now that it's cooled down , we're going to add the spaghetti sauce to the cooked macaroni and we'll save about one quarter of it for the base .
Now , we'll gently stir until the sauce coats the noodles and it's well combined until it looks just about like this .
Now , we'll take the sauce we saved and spread it on to the bottom of the casserole dish .
This prevents it from sticking .
Now we'll add the noodles to the dish until it looks just about like this .
Now , we're going to make our white sauce by adding some butter to a pan .
Uh , while it's melting down , we're going to add our flour over a low heat and we're going to stir continuously until the flour is completely dissolved until it looks just about like this nice and smooth .
Now , we're going to pour in the milk little bit by little bit and whisking as before .
Now , pour the remaining milk in and continuously stir until it's nice and smooth until it's thick and lump free just about like this .
Now we'll turn off the heat and add about 1/4 or a quarter of a cup of cheddar cheese and stir .
Now our white sauce is done .
We're just going to let it cool a little bit before adding it to the top of macaroni .
Now we've let this cool for about a minute .
We're going to add our white sauce over the top of the macaroni .
Now we're going to spread it evenly over the top .
Now , we're going to add three types of cheeses , but you don't have to , you can add , you know , just basically what you have on hand .
But we're going to begin by adding a layer of mozzarella , next a layer of cheddar and now a final layer of Parmesan .
Now that we've got all our toppings on , we're going to slip this into a preheated oven at 350 °F for about 30 minutes or until the cheeses are nicely brown .
And after about 30 minutes in the oven , we've taken it out and the cheese is nicely browned and here is our mac and cheese ready to slice and serve .
And here's our baked macaroni and cheese .
