Welcome back to another mini tutorial for our contact list template within our lovely template pack .
This is a super simple one .
It doesn't even need a tutorial .
I just like talking to you at this point .
This is our contact list .
You can pop your production name in here , and this is just a really nice I think putting a contact list out is less about functionality than it just is accessibility , and it just blends a bit of legitimacy generally .
If you can circulate a contact list and contacts for everybody that's in the company is gonna be working together from the start , it just makes people feel like you've really got your shit together .
And that's what we want to project as producers , whether we're self producing , or whether we're kind of career producing .
It really helps when people are just like , oh , this this this person really knows what they're doing .
They've sent out a contact list .
Look at them go .
It's just nice .
So in here , you just got space for everybody's name , the role that they are portraying , and that goes for whether they're a performer or indeed they're portraying the role of a sound designer , their role in the production , their the company .
So , for example , I mean , when I've worked on bigger productions , we've had people from different production companies , different firms come in to do different bits of the job .
So that might be something that you want to include if people are coming from different places to be involved in the show .
So a really good example of this is if you are say you're working with Underbelly , you may want to include the contact for the tech at your venue , and maybe the marketing person .
If if there's going to be multiple people from your team that are going to be in contact with the marketing person from Underbelly , and at that point , you would have company , you would have whatever your little theater group is called , and then you might also have somebody from Underbelly Marketing or somebody from Underbelly Tech Team .
So you could bring that out and add their email and their phone number there .
And then you can circulate this round .
I wouldn't necessarily circulate this round , the venue as well because they will have one core contact for you , but you would certainly circulate this round your whole team , so everybody's got the same information and can be easily contactable .
And that's that .
